Kyle Mills
Advanced Markets and Case Design
Kyle Mills is the head of Advanced Case Design at First Choice Brokerage Corp. His career as a financial advisor began in 2009 as a corporate benefits consultant with a leading provider of outsourced human resources and employee benefits. He transitioned to life insurance in 2014 when he began working with Mills Financial Group founded by his father H. Gray Mills in 1969. Kyle has since dedicated his talent for using technology to help advisors analyze and communicate the benefits of advanced life insurance strategies, including premium finance, split-dollar, and estate planning.
He is also known in the industry for developing digital communication tools such as the 2025 Estate Tax Calculator used by estate planning professionals around the country. Kyle believes “the next generation of high-net-worth clients will continue to value personal relationships with Advisors; however, they will also demand more and better data to support their financial decisions.”
Kyle has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, and a Master of Arts from DePaul University in Chicago.
