A 23-year industry veteran, Peachie is a licensed insurance producer and has held various leadership positions in the financial services industry as chief operating officer, chief underwriter and director of new business, client service and case design for domestic and global companies such as Mass Mutual, Guardian Life, The Newport Group and high-end insurance firms in the Partners Financial and Lion Street groups.
Peachie is experienced in life, disability, long term care, annuity and hybrid products in the ultra-affluent retail and corporate markets. Her notable accomplishments include driving revenue growth for agencies, designing various insurance software as well as writing several operations, producer training and underwriting manuals. She is an active producer with multiple industry designations, educated internationally at the University of Santo Tomas and previously ran her own technology-based insurance services firm.
In her role, Peachie leads the team as well as oversees the direction and management of First Choice Brokerage operations. Her depth of industry knowledge and experience is instrumental in enhancing our overall client experience, solidify our insurance company relationships and create a world-class team that serves our producers and clients.
Outside of work, she volunteers at her kids’ school and in her community. She is an involved Girl Scout troop leader and loves to spend time with her husband and kids.
